High School Admissions Steps

HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS STEPS

  1. Schedule an initial zoom meeting or an in-person tour with the Enrollment Director, Grayce Curry

  2. Complete the online application (include student photo, transcripts, English teacher and Math teacher references, and any IEP or diagnosis documentation)

  3. Schedule your Student's One Day Classroom Visit, Faculty Interview & Assessment (the Enrollment Director will schedule this for you)

  4. Notification

Grade SCHOOL ADMISSIONS STEPS

  1. Schedule an initial zoom meeting or an in-person tour with the Enrollment Director

  2. Complete the online application (include student photo, student records, applicable references, and any IEP or diagnosis documentation)

  3. Submit student sample work

  4. Schedule your student’s Assessment, 2-day Visit & Parent Teacher Meeting through the Enrollment Director  

  5. Notification

EARLY CHILDHOOD ADMISSIONS STEPS (AGES 3-5)

  1. Schedule an initial zoom meeting or an in-person tour with the Enrollment Director

  2. Complete the online application (include student photo, applicable reference, and any IEP or diagnosis documentation)

  3. Schedule your child’s Observational Playdate and Faculty Meet & Greet through the Enrollment Director

  4. Notification

ADMISSIONS TIMELINE FOR NEW STUDENTS for 2024-2025

  • August through May - Meet with Enrollment Director

  • September - Applications available online

  • December 15 - Financial Aid application available

  • January through May - Parent-Teacher Meetings, Visits, Assessments

  • February 1 - Enrollment Application and Financial Aid Applications Due

  • March - Notifications for priority applicants

  • June - Tuition payments begin

  • August - School Starts
